In Home Newborn Session for Baby Eliza

I met Sarah at her sister’s maternity session when she came along to help and be there with them and play along with her niece! When I met her there, I found out she too was pregnant and expecting which I thought was so so so special because she got to share her pregnancy with her sister! Who she’s very close with and very close age with too. And it was something we had in common because I took got to share my pregnancy alongside my sister’s too when I was pregnant with Leo :) it’s not a story you get to hear very often so we of course chatted it up and I was just so excited for both of them and their families.

Within weeks of her sister’s maternity session, Sarah reached out to me asking if I could do her newborn photos too when baby was born! And of course, I jumped on it and was so excited to document not one of the sister’s babies, but both! How special is that?

These two wanted to keep it simple with just a newborn session and not maternity for herself and welcomed me into their home after baby girl’s arrival. When getting to their home in Cincy, I finally got to meet Sarah’s husband and their brand new baby girl, Eliza! And their 2 fur baby dogs too :) ((Which, whenever there’s fur babies, you can expect photos of them and with them whenever possible too))

It’s always super special for me to document people in their first days as parents. But, especially so when they’re brand new parents. Honestly though, you’d never know this was their first baby because they were so calm and natural at everything Eliza wanted or needed!
